Shipping Time

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order. Most in-stock orders will arrive within 7-10 business days within the contiguous U.S. If we are out of stock of an item ordered we will order it from our distribution center warehouse which can add 7-10 days to your delivery date. Parts on an excessive backorder of over 30 days will be noted on the product page itself. A product that is available for sale does not reflect our inventory as it constantly changes.

When a package is in transit, shipping times DO NOT include weekends. All orders are shipped complete.

Dynamic Shipping Cost Calculation

The shipping costs for orders are dynamically calculated when customers go through our checkout process. The calculation for shipping costs factors in the dimensions and weight of the products being purchased as well as the shipping destination and other shipping company-specific delivery options presented to the user when checking out. 

FedEx is our choice of carrier that we use. USPS is available for International services as well.

Refused Shipments

Freight charges incurred by the sender while attempting to deliver merchandise that is refused will be billed to the customer.

Core Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping of a core if a core is required. Cores need to be returned within their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Cores should be returned to the address on our Contact Us page. The package label should include "Core (your order number)."

Canada & International Shipping

Our preferred shipping method is FedEx. Shipping costs do not include duties, taxes, or brokerage fees which will be due at the time of delivery. This amount is in addition to the shipping charges paid on your order.
